For pierced ears, this design is from a single contiguous strand of silver. Mix and match your bead and chipstone combination, or go with a contrasting combination as seen in the product photos.

The thicker gauge silver (20 gauge) is sturdy, but does increase the weight and product costs, while the thinner 24 gauge wire is lighter weight and more delicate. The thicker wire brings more attention to the silver, while the thinner wire steps back and let’s the gems shine.

Note: even though you see 3 gems in some photos, you will not have the third accent gem. I just wanted to demonstrate the colour combinations without creating a sample earring just for a photoshoot.
